Our pricing plans are detailed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis for service outages or billing errors.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, create, or generate through tranzyNote ("Customer Data"), including:
By using our services, you grant tranzyNote a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Our Commitment: We do not use your private meeting content, transcripts, or uploaded documents to train our AI models without your explicit consent. Your data is your data.
You may delete your Customer Data at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.
tranzyNote uses artificial intelligence to provide meeting assistance, transcription, and content generation. You acknowledge that:
While we strive for high transcription accuracy, factors such as audio quality, accents, background noise, and technical terminology may affect transcription quality. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to access and use the services immediately ceases. We may delete your Customer Data in accordance with our data retention policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANZYNOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to tranzyNote in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold tranzyNote harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
